True Yoga is intentionally kept small.

  • Classes are taught in small groups

  • Teaching is personal, attentive, and consistent

  • Our focus is sustainable practice, not volume or drop-in traffic

This allows us to support students dealing with stress, tension, back pain, or simply seeking a calmer and more grounded yoga practice.

ABOUT CLASS CHANGES

About cancellations and schedule changes

True Yoga Studio is run as a small, independent studio, not a large chain with rotating teachers.

This means:

  • Most classes run as scheduled

  • In rare cases (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), a class may need to be adjusted or cancelled

  • When this happens:

    • Students are informed as early as possible

    • Any booking is fully credited

    • We always offer a fair alternative

We believe transparency builds trust.
