Thursdays 18:15 – 19:30 | Pregnancy Yoga Course

Specialised course that address the pregnancy journey challenges with Asana, Breath, and expert methods to release mental and physical stress. Getting back the sense of presence and inner-calm. Course helps to support hormone balancing, better sleep, reduced anxiety and a meaningful and practical yoga practice that is specifically for pregnancy.
